4. Purposes and legal basis of the processing
In accordance with Art. 2 Para. 6 BayHSchG, Art. 4 Para. 1 S. 1 and 2 BayEGovG, we offer our services and administrative services as well as information for the public about our activities on our websites.
We enable you to establish rapid electronic contact and direct communication via the media of your choice, § 5 Para. 1 No. 2 TMG.
We create non-exclusive content on our websites and see the contributions and interactions of the community on these. If contents and contributions, inquiries, violate the rights of third parties or the facts of a crime or misdemeanor, legal or contractual obligations do not comply, we disclose by transmission to the competent authority and block or delete these. We waive and deactivate – as far as possible – statistics about retrievals of contents, contributions and interactions. We do not process these.
We use cookies, log files, for the creation of organisational investigations, for the examination or maintenance of our web service and to guarantee network and information security in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 BayDSG, § 13 Para. 7 TMG, Art. 11 Para. 1 BayEGovG. Insofar as the processing purpose is not impaired, we anonymise or pseudonymise personal data.
5. Use of cookies
Our Internet pages use cookies. Cookies are data stored by the Internet browser on the user’s computer system. The cookies can be transmitted to a website when it is called up and thus enable the user to be identified. Cookies help to simplify the use of Internet pages for the user.

6. Creation of log files
Each time you visit our website, an automated system collects data and information. These are stored in the log files of the server.

If you send us a request or an opinion by e-mail, post, telephone or fax, the information provided will be processed for the purpose of processing the request as well as for possible follow-up questions and for the exchange of opinions. We always use the same communication channel for this purpose, provided you do not wish to change. The storage serves the sole purpose of processing or contacting the person concerned. The data will not be passed on to third parties.
